Rules for using Billently.

Billently provides invoice generation, billing, client management, branding, reminders, and related tools for business use. By accessing or using Billently, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Service
- You must use Billently only for lawful business purposes.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices, client details, contact details, and payment instructions you enter.
- You must not use Billently to spam, defraud, impersonate others, or distribute misleading or unlawful content.
Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, fraud, or a security risk.
Plans, Limits, and Payments
- Billently may offer free plans, subscription plans, and invoice packs.
- Feature limits, invoice caps, and plan access are enforced according to your active billing state.
- Paid plans and packs may be processed through third-party payment providers.
- Failed, abandoned, cancelled, or disputed payments may affect feature access.
Invoice Content and Client Data
You retain responsibility for the content you create in Billently, including invoice text, client details, payment links, tax values, branding assets, and uploaded files. You should not upload or distribute content you do not have the right to use.
Branding and Uploaded Assets
If you upload logos or other branding materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them. We may remove files that are unsafe, unlawful, or abusive.
Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Billently at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device or browser.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or create risk for other users or for the service itself.
Disclaimers
Billently is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Billently will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Billently after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
