• Feature limits, invoice caps, and plan access are enforced according to your active billing state.
• Paid plans and packs may be processed through third-party payment providers.
• Failed, abandoned, cancelled, or disputed payments may affect feature access.

Invoice Content and Client Data

You retain responsibility for the content you create in Billently, including invoice text, client details, payment links, tax values, branding assets, and uploaded files. You should not upload or distribute content you do not have the right to use.

Branding and Uploaded Assets

If you upload logos or other branding materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them. We may remove files that are unsafe, unlawful, or abusive.

Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Billently at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device or browser.

Termination
